Who doesn't like delicious pretzels?   Well, this recipe is certainly one that you should give a try!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups of warm water

1 packet active yeast

3 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour

1 1/2 tsp of salt

2 TBS of French Vanilla or Caramel Javamelts

1/3 cup of baking soda

For cinnamon sugar:

1/4 cup melted butter

1/2 cup Javamelts Flavored Sugar of choice

1 TBSP ground cinnamon

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400.  Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In small bowl, add warm ater and yeast.  Allow to sit for 3-5 mins.  Add Javamelts and salt.  Stir.

In large bowl, add flour and then pour yeast mixture over the top. Kneed by hand for 5 mins.

Separate dough into 12 sections.  Roll dough into ropes about 15-20 inches long and 1 inch thick.  Form rope into a circle and twist the top ends together.  Then bring the twisted ends down the center of the circle and pinch together with the bottom to form the pretzels.

In large pan, bring about 8 cups of water and 1/3 cup baking soda to a boil.  Once water is boiling, place a piece of dough into the water for 30 seconds.  Remove and place onto the baking sheet.   Repeat until all of the pretzels have been boiled.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.  Remove from oven to a cooling rack.

Mix Javamelts Flavored Sugar of choice and cinnamon in a bowl.  Dip pretzels into the melted butter and then into the sugar mixture.  Let sit a bit, serve and enjoy!!!!!
