1 cup and 2 tbsp GF 1:1 flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup @javamelts caramel sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 stick butter, softened
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg room temp
1 1/4 cup salted caramel baking chips (if you can't find salted caramel, use caramel and then put a pinch of sea salt on the top of each cookie
Preheat ovens to 375.
Combine flour, salt, and baking soda in a bowl and set aside.
In mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, caramel sugar, granulated sugar, softened butter, and vanilla. Mix until creamy. Add egg, then add in dry ingredients and mix until fully combined. Fold in baking chips and stir. Place rounded balls onto baking sheet and top with additional baking chips. Bake 8 to 10 mins. Makes about 12 cookies.
