Javamelts Mocha S'mores Rice Krispies Treats

I don't know about you but Rice Krispies Treats growing up was a household favorite for sure.  These S'mores inspired treats really are so delicious and absolutely so fun to make!  My niece and nephew love being in the kitchen with me, especially because they are my official taste testers!!! 

3 tbs butter

12 oz Bag of large marshmallows

1/4 cup Mocha Javamelts 

6 cups Rice Krispies 

In a large saucepan:

Melt butter on low heat 

Add marshmallows but save about 8 for after (this recipe only calls for 10 oz)

Add Mocha Javamelts 

Mix well until the marshmallows are almost completely melted 

Take off heat and mix in Rice Krispies

Place into a buttered Pyrex rectangular glass dish 

Press down mixture with parchment paper to prevent them sticking to your hands 

Let cool completely 

Cut into squares 

Place large marshmallow on top of each one (you can cut them in half if you want)

Sprinkle Mocha Javamelts on top of each marshmallow 

Use kitchen torch to gently brown each marshmallow
