If you love anything vanilla this dessert is a must try!

Ingredients

1 loaf pound cake - homemade or store bought

1 large package of strawberries

1 large package of blueberries

6 cups whole milk

2 packages of cook and serve Vanilla Pudding

1 pint heavy cream

1/4 cup confectioners sugar

1/2 cup Javamelts French Vanilla Sugar

(*to make your own powdered/confectioners sugar use 1 c Javamelts and 1 tbs cornstarch and pulse in a blender until it becomes powdery)

Make both vanilla pudding packages on stove top and let cool completely place covered in refrigerator for fastest cooling time (at least 2 hours)

Cut loaf pound cake into cubes

Slice or dice strawberries

Make French Vanilla whipped cream

1 pint heavy cream

3/4 Javamelts Flavored Sugar or for less sweet use 1/4 c confectioners sugar combined with 1/2 c Javamelts

*you can always make your own flavored confectioners sugar as noted above

Mix on high until stiff peaks form (approximately 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on high with a stand mixer and add more time if you are using a hand mixer).  If you have the whipping attachment, use that)

When the pudding is completely cooled

Assemble in a parfait bowl

Use half of the cubed loaf cake

Pour half of the vanilla pudding on top

Use half the sliced strawberries and half of the blueberries on top of that

Place most of the whipped cream on top and set aside small amount for the very top of the dessert

Repeat but only top with a few dollops of the French Vanilla whipped cream in the center

Chill in refrigerator a few hours at least

Serve and enjoy!
