Javamelts Caramel Cake

OH MY!!!!!!!!  This Caramel Cake has to be a new favorite for us.   Not only does it taste heavenly but it has such a nice vintage look for any holiday dessert table.  Please let us know if you try it either the gluten free version below or regular..... We always love hearing from you! 



2 3/4 cup GF flour 

1 1/4 cup sugar 

1 cup @javamelts caramel sugar 

4 tsp baking powder 

1/2 tsp salt 

1.5 cup creamy oat milk 

1.5 cup vegetable oil 

4 tsp vanilla extract

6 eggs (room temp) 


Combine all dry ingredients in bowl and whisk together. In mixer, combine all wet ingredients and mix on low 10-15 seconds. Slowly add in dry ingredients, mix on low until combined then on medium for 60 seconds. 

This batter will be wet. 


Bake on 345 for 35-40 minutes depending on your oven temp and flour used. Toothpick will come out clean when done. 


Frosting 🧁 

2 sticks DF butter softened

4 cups powdered sugar 

2 tbsp oat milk 

2 tsp vanilla extract 

1 tsp of cinnamon or 1.5 tsp depending on how much you like. 


Cream butter for 2 minutes. Slowly add in powdered sugar until mixed, then add remaining ingredients. Mix on medium high for 1- 1 1/2 minutes.
