1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs GF 1:1
1/3 stick of salted butter
3 tbs Caramel Javamelts
Optional: crushed red pepper flakes or hot sauce
Mix together cream cheese and grated cheeses until they are well combined (leave a little of each grated cheese aside to top each one with or you can grate some more)
Stuff each jalapeño half with the mixture
Take the grated cheeses and press some on top of each
In a saucepan melt the butter and mix the seasoned breadcrumbs in
Place on a sheet pan with parchment paper
Bake in oven 400 degrees for approximately 15 minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and the cheese stuffing is bubbling (for crispy jalapeños, remove early, for softer more well cooked jalapeños leave in until this happens)
Remove from oven and sprinkle with desired amount of Caramel Javamelts
Top that with a drizzle of hot sauce or sprinkle with hot pepper flakes to taste
Enjoy!
