This recipe has the perfect combination of bananas and hazelnut flavor!!
Ingredients for Blondies:
1 Mashed Banana
1/2 C. Melted Butter
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
1/4 C. Hazelnut Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 C. Flour

Ingredients for Frosting:
1/4 C. Butter (room temp)
4 oz. Cream Cheese (room temp)
3/4 C. Hazelnut Sugar
3 tsp. Cornstarch (combined with the hazelnut sugar to create the powdered sugar needed - pulse in a blender until powder forms)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 and line an 8x8 pan with parchment or cooking spray.
- Mash banana in a medium bowl. Add melted butter and both sugars and mix well. Add egg and vanilla and mix again, followed by the salt and flour.
- Smooth batter into pan and bake for 22-27 minutes, or until it’s light golden brown along the outside rim. Set aside to cool.
- Blend 3/4 cup of hazelnut sugar with 3 tsp of cornstarch in a blender or food processor for about a minute to make a powdered sugar.
- Beat together butter and cream cheese until smooth, add the powered sugar you just made and beat until smooth and creamy.
- Frost the top of the blondies.
